Who we are

Our mission is to make yoga available and accessible to any and every person.

So many think yoga is not for their body or that it’s “just not for them”. Our goal is to remove that way of thinking. Yoga is not bending in half and balancing on one leg. Yoga is a mindset; a lifestyle; an entirely different way of thinking about your mind and body.

Safety is a top priority. Our team is American Red Cross CPR/AED certified for infants, children, and adults. Our team is also backed by Yoga Alliance accredited 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), 30 hour Children’s YTT, and 30 hour Silver Sneakers YTT.

Meet the Team

  • Founder/Instructor

Hi! I’m a Florida native who discovered a real love for teaching yoga and bringing it to marginalized communities.

I live in St Pete with my husband, two and a half year old daughter, two dogs, and two cats. Yoga is definitely a way to settle my mind some days!

After having to place my mother in assisted living, I decided to combine my 200 hour YTT with my Bachelor’s Degree in Aging Sciences to create a yoga practice for those like her who cannot get to, afford, or find yoga practices.

My daughter was the driver in pursuing Children’s Yoga Certification. Little bodies need movement and internal regulation. This is where yoga is a complete game-changer.
